阻燃复合胶合板的试制

摘    要:本文概述了FR改性脲醛树脂、硼类复合物、缩合磷酸胍3种阻燃复合胶合板的试制,并对各种复合胶合板的主要物理力学性能和阻燃性能进行了对比、分析。结果表明,上述3种阻燃复合胶合板阻燃性能良好,后2种与普通复合胶合板相比,各项力学性能虽略有降低,但影响不大。

Abstract:This paper introduces the production and test on the three types of fire-retardant composite plywoods are made from FR modefied urea resin, boron compound and condensed phosphoric acid guanidine, as well as analyses major mechanical properties and fire resistance of the three composite plywoods. The results show that the three-type fire-retardant composite plywoods have good fire resistance features. The various strength of the latter two types are less than that of the ordinary composite plywood, but have little effects.
