摘    要:以6个灰树花菌株(灰分、灰通、灰怀、灰1、灰4和灰高)为材料,利用酯酶同工酶、RAPD和ISSR 3种分子生物学技术对其进行比较分析。结果表明:经酯酶同工酶经聚类分析,可将6个灰树花菌株分为三大类,灰分、灰通、灰怀和灰1为一类,灰4单独为一类,灰高单独为一类;经特异性较好的RAPD和ISSR引物验证,其结果与酯酶同工酶分析的一致。

Abstract:Three molecular biology techniques of esterase isozyme electrophoresis,random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) and inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSR)were used to analyze the genetic diversity of six Grifola frondosa strains.The results from the different bands analysis showed that the six Grifola frondosa strains were divided into three groups.Strains Huifen,Huitong,Huihuai and Hui1 were divided into one group.The strain hui4 and huigao was divided into one group,respectively.After being tested by special pr...
