甲醛对小鼠肝和肾脏氧化指标的影响

摘    要:将24只雄性小鼠随机分成4组,连续5天分别腹腔注射0.2 mL浓度为1、10和100 mg/kg甲醛,及生理盐水,检测小鼠的肝脏和肾脏系数、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量。结果发现,甲醛对小鼠肝脏系数和肾脏系数变化均不显著 (p>0.05),10、100 mg/kg甲醛组小鼠肝脏MDA含量显著升高(p<0.05),GSH略有下降(p>0.05);各组小鼠肾脏MDA的含量升高,GSH的含量降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,连续5d腹腔注射1~100mg/kg的甲醛可以使小鼠肝脏发生明显氧化损伤,且与甲醛的剂量正相关;而小鼠肾脏的氧化损伤不明显。

The influence of oxidation index of liver and kidney on mice by formaldehyde
Abstract:24 male mice were divided into four groups randomly, different concentrations of formaldehyde and saline solution were taken by intraperitoneal injection. Then the coefficient ofSliver and kidney, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) were detected. Our results detected that the coefficient of liver and kidney in mice were not changed significantly by different doses of formaldehyde (p>0.05). The content of MDA was increased significantly(p<0.05)and the content of GSH was decreased not significantly (p>0.05) in livers by formaldehyde of 10 and 100 mg/kg. The content of MDA was increased and the content of GSH was decreased not significantly in kidneys by different concentrations of formaldehyde (p>0.05). All results shown that different concentrations of formaldehyde were taken by intraperitoneal injection in mice could induced oxidative damage significantly and related to the dose of formaldehyde in livers of mice. However, the kidney of mice were not changed obviously.
