摘    要:为更好地提高青贮饲料的质量,研究对分离自中国青贮窖中的一株乳酸菌BLF01进行了分子学鉴定,结果显示为发酵乳杆菌。然后通过单因素试验设计研究了培养基组成(碳源、氮源)和培养条件(温度、接种量、起始pH值)对BLF01乳酸菌生长繁殖的影响。结果表明,其最适碳源是乳糖,最佳氮源是酵母粉;最佳培养条件是起始pH值6.5、培养温度35℃、接种量1%,可以考虑将BLF01作为青贮接种剂使用。

Abstract:To improve the quality of silage and to decrease costs of microbial inoculants,culture conditions were optimized for the growth of a strain BLF01 of lactobacillus fermentum. The critical medium conditions including carbon source,nitrogen source,initial pH,temperature and inoculum size were identified by the one-factor-at-a-time approach.
