张家口绿豆地方品种形态多样性分析

摘    要:依据69份张家口绿豆地方品种的20个形态性状的数据指标,对7个地理来源的绿豆进行形态多样性分析.结果表明,11个质量性状中结荚习性的形态多样性指数最高,而9个数量性状中单株产量的形态多样性指数最高;来自蔚县和涿鹿的绿豆品种亲缘关系最近,张家口市和宣化的绿豆品种亲缘关系最远;聚类分析显示,张家口市品种为组群Ⅰ,怀来、蔚县...

Abstract:To study morphological diversity of mungbean from 7 region of Zhangjiakou and analyzed the 20 characters of morphological form 69 local varieties.The results showed that the morphological diversity index appear from podding habit among 11 quality characters and single yield of plant among 9 quantitative characters.The genetic relationship of mungbean was Yuxian and Zhuolu,and the furthes was Zhangjiakou city and Xuanhua closest.According to the cluster analysis,the Zhangjiakou city variety belong to groupⅠ,Huailai,Yuxian,Yangyuan and Zhuolu were groupⅡ,Shangyi and Xuanhua were groupⅢand groupⅣ.
