| 摘 要： | 根据奶牛场鲜乳生产的特点和鲜乳保鲜的要求，对具有自动化挤奶设备的奶牛场鲜乳生产过程中鲜乳冷却保鲜所用的快速冷却制冷系统给出了几个设计方案，并分析了它们各自的优缺点，实践证明给出了３种设计方案是可行的，选用时应根据极牛场的具体情况综合考虑。

| Abstract: | Three types of designs of quick cooling systems for fresh milk in dairy cattle farms were given in this paper and their advantages and disadvantages were discussed,they were successfully used in the production of fresh milk in dairy cattle farms. It was proved by practices that given desigh schemes are feasible, but it is recommended that the specific conditions of the diary cattle farm should be considered comprehensively before you decide which one to be selected. |
