籽瓜挖瓤机设计与试验

摘    要:基于矩形循环图法,设计了一种籽瓜挖瓤机。上瓜机构采用改进的摆动凸轮机构,插瓜架转位机构选择两圆销四槽轮机构,挖瓤刀升降机构选取平底式直动从动件盘形凸轮机构与改进的杠杆传动。以试验机为基础进行籽瓜挖瓤正交试验,确定了适合籽瓜挖瓤的工艺参数:挖刀类型为半圆形挖刀、挖刀转速为240 r/min、挖刀安装角度为15°。重复试验表明:该挖瓤机挖净率在98%以上,籽粒洁净率在98%以上,损失率在2%以内,破碎率小于1%。
