摘    要:教育与社会发展的关系就是教育的外部关系。19世纪初期,在洪堡的领导下,普鲁士德国对其教育尤其是高等教育进行了大刀阔斧的改革,对后世产生了深远的影响。从"教育的外部关系规律"这样一个角度来诠释19世纪德国高等教育变革与发展的相关内容,可从中得到一些促进我国高等教育变革与发展的启示。
