稀燃纯氢发动机怠速燃烧与循环变动试验

摘    要:在一台加装了电控氢气喷射系统的四缸发动机上,就怠速、稀燃条件下纯氢发动机的燃烧与循环变动特性进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,在过量空气系数为2.08~3.20,利用原机电子控制单元自动调整点火角及怠速马达开度可以将纯氢发动机怠速转速控制在原机目标怠速(790 r/m in)附近。随着过量空气系数的增加,发动机传热损失有所降低,但平均指示有效压力及燃烧持续期的循环变动略有增加。当过量空气系数由2.08提高至3.20时,每循环进入发动机的燃料能量流量减少约15.4%。
