中国部分水稻主栽品种对稻瘟病的抗性分析和利用评价

摘    要:用来自于浙江、四川、广东、湖北等7个省(市)的92个稻瘟病菌菌株测定了我国部分水稻主要栽培品种对稻瘟病的抗性,分析了稻瘟病菌的致病力和品种的抗病性。结果表明,不同稻区的稻瘟病菌的致病力存在明显差异,同时筛选出一批毒力频率在30%以下,抗性相对较好的籼、粳稻品种和杂交稻组合,并且联合致病性系数(PAC)和联合抗病性系数(RAC)分析了它们的利用价值。

Abstract:Thirty two leading rice varieties were collected from nine provinces (or cities) and their seedlings were inoculated with 92 isolates of Pyricularia grisea from seven provinces (or cities) in China for evaluation on their resistance to the blast. Results showed that the pathogenicity of P. grisea isolates varied with their originated locations. Many varieties are highly resistant to rice blast with the virulent frequency(VF) of the 92 isolates <30%. The utilization of the resistant varieties can be evaluated with pathogenicity association coefficient (PAC) and resistance association coefficient (RAC).
