棉花抗黄萎病多菌系新抗源种质的研究

摘    要: 川737和川2802是新培育的抗源种质。采用棉黄萎病和枯萎病不同菌系,在人工接菌病圃或病床鉴定抗病性,按完全双列杂交配制组合,研究抗性遗传。结果表明,两个抗源种质对我国三大生理型11个不同棉黄萎病菌系抗性均好,又抗强致病力的3个棉黄萎病菌系,高抗棉枯萎病。抗性稳定,遗传传递力强,配合效应高,易于转育,是我国抗棉黄萎病多菌系新抗源种质。

Abstract:A systematic research on the new cotton germplasms Chuan737 and Chuan 2802 shows that both germplasms are resistant to three physiological races of 11 different strains of Chinese Verticilium wilt, and also resistant to leaf fall types of Verticilium wilt, in addition, highly resistant to Fusarium wilt. The germplasms have stable resistance, high heritability and combining ability. Their resistance is easy to be transfered and utilized. So they are new resistant sources of cotton to Verticillium wilt of many biological strains.
