液压比例阀及伺服阀测试系统设计

摘    要:为准确评价电液比例阀和伺服阀的性能优劣,通过对液压比例阀及伺服阀的测试原理、工况及测试回路的研究分析,设计了液压比例阀及伺服阀的测试系统。该测试系统通过阀门两侧压力差和阀内泄漏量的测定,不但可以确定出比例阀及伺服阀的性能情况,还能指导改进加工工艺,提高阀门制造精度。

Abstract:In order to accurately evaluate electro-hydraulic proportional and servo valve performance strengths and weaknesses,testing theory,operating conditions and test circuit were researched and analyzed.And test system of hydraulic proportional valve and servo valve was designed.The test system based on the pressure difference on both sides of the valve and valve leakage,not only to determine the proportional valve and servo valve performance situation,but also to guide the improvement of processing technology to improve manufacturing precision valve.
