CO_2超临界萃取葡萄皮渣中白藜芦醇的研究

摘    要:采用超临界CO2萃取技术,对酿酒后葡萄皮渣中萃取白藜芦醇的技术参数进行了研究.以筛选的7.5%乙醇为最佳夹带剂,通过温度、压力、时间的单因素试验和正交试验.研究了CO2超临界萃取的工艺条件,结果表明:萃取各因素效应从大到小的顺序为:压力>温度>时间,在38℃、13 MPa下萃取17 min效果最好,在此条件下白藜芦醇平均得率达0.087%.

Abstract:The technology was studied on extracting resveratrol from grape residues with supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction. Ethanol at 7.5 % was as the optimum cosolvent, and single-factor and orthogonal tests were conducted to optimize the extraction temperature, pressure and time. It was found that the action effect was followed as pressure> temperature> time. The most optimum extraction condition was 38 ℃, 130 MPa for 17 min, and the average yield rate was reached 0.087 %.
