泵喷嘴与泵—油管—喷嘴系统基本特性比较

摘    要:介绍了柴油机电子泵喷嘴的实验装置及微机控制系统,并分别对电子泵喷嘴系统及喷油泵-油管-喷嘴系统的喷油压力及喷油规律进行了测量及对比,实验结果证实电子泵喷嘴与泵油管-喷嘴系统相比,在提高喷油压力及优化喷油规律等方面具有更大潜力。

Abstract:In this paper, the experimental apparatus and electronic control system used for an electronic unit injector are described, and we have investigated the fuel injection pressure and fuel flow rate characteristics of the electronic unit injector and a pump line nozzle system experimentally. The experimental results confirm the higher potential of the electronic unit injector for higher injection pressure and optimized fuel injection characteristics, compared with pump line nozzle systems.
