SQJ—Z小型嫁接器刀片热处理工艺研究

摘    要:本文对SQJ─—Z小型嫁接器刀片的选材和热处理工艺进行了研究。试验结果表明,采用65Mn钢成型后的刀片进行等温分级淬火、低温回火的热处理工艺,可以使刀片获得硬度和强韧性的最佳配合。

Abstract:This paper is concerned with the choice of material for the blade of the portabla engrafting instrument of type SQJ-Z and the relevent technology of heat treatment. The test shows that, the technology of heat treatment of isothermal and broken hardening, low tempering done on the blades of 65Mn steel formed by cold punching gives an optimum combination of the hardness, strength and tenacity of the blades.
