| 摘 要： | 以云南腹泻死亡幼兔肠内容物分离到的AN1和AN2两株兔轮状病毒对40～50日龄日本大耳兔口服接种.于接种后2～4天,有4/7只接种兔出现轻度至中等程度的腹泻,而阴性对照兔和接种异种SA—11病毒株的兔均正常,无腹泻.收集实验患兔肠内容物,经电镜、斑点酶联免疫吸附试验,病毒空斑试验,核酸聚丙稀酰胺凝胶电泳检测及感染小肠超微结构观察,均为轮状病毒阳性,病毒滴价为105～108PFU/ml,持续排毒2～7天.

| Abstract: | Japan Long eared rabbits in 40 and 50 day old were inoculated orally by using AN1 and AN2 rabbit rotavirus isolated from stool of the died rabbits caused by diarrhea in Yunnan.About 57% of inoculated rabbits exhibited slight to moderate diarrhea 2～4 days after incoculation, and control negative rabbits and rabbits of inoculating heterologous SA-11 Virus are normal, do not develep diarrhea.Intestinal contents were detected by EM, Dot-ELISA, plaque, RNA-PAGE and observation of super microcosmis structure of infected small intestines.The result indicates that all experiments are rotavirus, positive.Viral titer 105～108 PFU/ml.Viral shedding persists for 2 to 7 days. |
