出口盐渍茄子品种比较试验

摘    要:通过对3个盐渍茄子品种的比较试验,结果表明,"千两"品种表现出单果较重、产量较高等特点。但"仙台"品种肉质嫩,口感显著好于"真仙"和"千两"2个品种,且一级品率较高,在收获期枯萎病和绵疫病发病率较"真仙"和"千两"2个品种低。因此,仙台品种可作为盐渍茄子的主栽品种,但需进一步试种,以保证其可靠性。

Abstract:The comparative test on three salinized eggplant cultivars was studied.The results showed that Qianliang had higher weight and yield.But Xiantai had significantly better taste,higher first-grade products ratio,and the lower incidences of wilt disease and phytophthora rot than Zhenxian and Qianliang.Therefore,Xiantai had be difined to the excellent salinized eggplant cultivar.But it still had to be tested to ensure the safety.
