| 摘 要： | 针对农业技术推广工作普遍存在的技术推广方式单一、农民接受技术渠道少等问题,采用互联网思维,建立起精准化个性化智慧农技推广平台。平台总体框架由数据采集/自动控制层、数据管理/运算层和应用层3层结构组成,并根据模块功能不同搭建起12个模块框架,集成知识技术、农技服务和农情监测功能,通过数字化应用管理和多形态终端利用,为用户提供农业知识服务、农技指导服务及农情监测服务。
