| 摘 要： | 采用微波消解法和水浴消解法分别溶解农产品样品,采用冷原子荧光光谱法测定硒元素的含量。经比较,两种方法的检出限分别为1.05ng/g和0.93ng/g,精密度分别为1.98%~8.44%和1.19%~5.22%。经国家一级标准物质验证,两种消解方法均能满足农产品质量管理规范要求,可用于农产品样品的分析测定。
