鸡伤寒白痢沙门氏菌灭活菌苗的研制

摘    要:由鸡沙门氏菌株C79-13和C79-20及新疆分离株AS97-19和AS96-4四株菌,经自制的改良硫代硫酸钠培养基,通气搅拌培养,甲醛灭活制成氢氧化铝佐剂苗,经免疫接种健康鸡,免疫后21d抗体水平达到最高,经ANAE方法和T淋巴细胞E花环方法检测,免疫组的细胞免疫水平明显高于非免疫对照组,差异极显著,10LD剂量强毒株攻菌试验,死亡保护率达94.7%,免疫组分离菌率为3.1%。表明该苗具有良好的安全性和免疫效果。

Abstract:Four strains of S.avian C79-13,C79-20 and Xinjiang isolated strains AS97-19 and AS96-4 Were cultured by the heating stirculture in the improved sodium thisulphate medium and inactivated vaccine was prepared.The heal thy chickens were inoculated with the vaccine.The antibody against A.Salmonell a was detected on the 7th day and reached to the highest titer on the 21th day.Tly mphocytes was deter mined by ANAE and Eresottes methods.The results showed that the cellular immunity level of the immune group was obviously higher than the control group.When the chickens were challenged with 10LD strong strains,the protective rate was 94.7% and bacteriaisolated rate was 3.1%.The results indicated that the vaccine had good safety and immunity.
