速生木麻黄无性系筛选及水培育苗技术研究

摘    要:以普通木麻黄(Casuarina equisetifoliaForst)抗青枯病无性系平20-4、P10-33、501、601、A13、503为材料,以生长量中等的无性系106为对照,开展速生木麻黄无性系筛选试验,筛选出2个速生无性系601和501,9.5年生时,其树高分别比对照提高24.43%和23.62%,胸径分别比对照提高32.24%和31.14%。以无性系P10-33嫩枝小段和12 cm长的末梢嫩枝进行水培育苗对比试验,结果表明2种方法均能培育出适于造林用的木麻黄苗木,前者培育的苗木数量是后者的10倍。

Abstract:Screening fast-growing clones of Casuarina equisetifolia with the material of the Pseudomonas solanacearum-resistant clones Ping 20-4,P10-33,501,601,A13,503 of C.equisetifolia forest was finished with the midincrement control of clone 106.2 fast-growing clones 601 and 501 were selected.The tree heights were 24.43% and 23.62% higher than those of controls at the age of 9 and a half,dbh was 32.24% and 31.14% higher than those of controls,the water-cultured seedling compare experiment was conducted with clone ...
