| 摘 要： | 本实验采用反相高效液相色谱法测定饲料级维生素Ｂ（１２）。该方法用Ｗａｔｅｒｓ紫外检测器，波长３６０μｍ，工作曲线相关系数０．９９９８，方法回收率９８．２１％，相对标准差０．３２。
