摘    要:通过nrDNA ITS测序分析,对东北地区的丁香属内11个种的系统发育关系进行了初步的研究。依据ITS序列中的信息位点,应用系统发育分析软件MEGA2.1构建的分子系统树,在一定程度上支持了传统的依形态特征进行的分类。但该系统树对于属下各分支间的关系作出了与传统的形态分类方法不同的推断:与在形态分类中不同,短花冠亚属(Ligustrina)并未与其余种构成姐妹群关系,而是和巧玲花系(Pubescentes)关系最近,二者组成的分支与欧丁香系(Vulgares)形成姐妹群关系;顶生花序系(Villosae)是系统树中的基部分支。

Abstract:The internal transcribed spacer(ITS) regions of nuclear ribosomal DNA from 11 species of Syringa in Northeast China were sequenced to analyze their phylogenetic relationships.The phylogenetic tree was reconstructed by molecular evolutionary genetics analysis software MEGA 2.1 based on the informative sites in ITS sequences,and the typology was correlated with the traditional morphological classification to some extent.However,the relationships between the branches beneath the genus of Syringa inferred from ...
