摘    要:设计的电控喷油器性能测试装置,可有效检测喷油器的主要性能指标,为提高发动机燃油动力性、经济性以及降低排放提供了技术支持。检测试验证明,该测试装置具有效率快、精度高、性能稳定的特点,具有实际应用价值。

Abstract:The development status of injector flow performance test in the world was introduced. l he significance of this research is very important in China. An advanced test device for the injector performance was developed, which provided great technical support to the improvement of the engine capability and emission. The device was composed o{ three systems, including sensors system, control system and action system. It could test static flow, dynamic flow, linearity, static and dynamic minimum operating voltage of 6 injectors at one time. The test time was less than 0. 5 hour. According to the validation test, the device has the characteristics of high efficiency, precision and stability. It can be used both in plant and lab.
