开关电源可靠性的设计

摘    要:开关电源由于具有体积小、质量轻、效率高、输出稳定灵活等优点,其应用领域越来越广,但由于功率密度的增大和频率的提高所产生的电磁干扰对电源本身及其周围电子设备的正常工作都造成威胁。为了确保开关电源可靠地工作,必须进行可靠性设计。为此,讨论了IGBT开关电源的可靠性问题,从主电路、控制电路和整机加工等方面阐述了提高开关电源可靠性的设计。

Abstract:Because electric source of switch is small capacity, light weight, high efficiency, stable and flexible it is widely used in many fields. But power density is increased and frequency is heightened, so for out -put, interf- erence of electromagnetism leads electric power and its electronic equipment to informal work. In ovder to assure the reliable work of electric source of switch, the design of reliability must be done The reliability of IGBT switch power supply is discussed in this paper.And it oints out the design of raising switch power supply reliability in main circuit,control circuit,total technics and others.
