新形势下我国粮食安全对策

随着我国改革开放形势的发展,我国粮食产销形势也在不断发生变化。在世界粮价和国内食品价格上涨的新形势下,分析了影响我国粮食安全的新问题,并提出了今后应该稳定食用粮面积、确保低价饲用粮和放开进口工业用粮的粮食安全新对策。同时还提出了我国应该走计划调控为主,市场调节为辅和科学存贮粮食等粮食安全新策略,以及确保我国粮食实现可持续发展的具体建议。

Countermeasures of Grain Security in China at New Situation

The production and sale situation of grain in China is changing with the development of reform and opening situation.In the new situation of increasing price of grain abroad and at home,the new problems involving grain security was analyzed and the new strategy for grain security was pointed out,that is,to stabilize food grain planting area,guar- antee low price feed grain and increase industry grain importation.Meanwhile,the suggestions for the continuous devel- opment of grain in China and new grain security strategy that focuses on planning adjustment assisted by market adjust- ment and scientific storage were put forward.
