不同生长阶段槭叶草块根中有效成分含量比较

比较不同生长阶段家栽与野生槭叶草块根中总黄酮、蛋白质和可溶性糖的含量,以期为槭叶草中有效成分的应用开发提供理论依据。采用分光光度法测定生长期与落叶后家栽与野生槭叶草块根中总黄酮、蛋白质和可溶性糖的含量。生长期槭叶草块根中总黄酮、蛋白质和可溶性糖的含量明显低于落叶后槭叶草块根;家栽槭叶草块根中总黄酮、蛋白质、可溶性糖的含量明显高于野生槭叶草块根。槭叶草的最佳采收期为落叶后。

Comparative Study of Active Ingredient Content of Tuberous Roots from Mukdenia rossii(Oliv.)Koidz. in Different Growth Period

The contents of total flavonoid,protein and soluble sugar between wild and artificial tuberous roots of different growth stages from Mukdenia rossii(Oliv.)Koidz.were comparied,so as to supply evidences for the exploitation and utilization of its active ingredient reasonably.The contents were determined by spectrophotometer in growth phase and falling leaves phase.It showed that the contents of the three active ingredients in growth phase were lower than those of falling leaves phase,and the contents in artificial tuberous roots were higher than those in wild group.The active ingredient content of artificial Mukdenia rossii(Oliv.)Koidz.was higher than those of wild species.The optimal harvest time of Mukdenia rossii(Oliv.)Koidz.was falling leaves period.
