| 摘 要： | 介绍了桉树杂交育种工作的情况及成果。在育种目标和育种策略的指导下，选择31株尾叶桉优树作母本，选择细叶桉、赤桉和刚果12号桉等13个树种72株优树以及3个杂种的5株优树和尾叶桉6株树作父本，通过人工控制授粉已获得种间杂种405个组合，尾叶桉全同胞家系20个。建立杂种比较试验林23片计12.53hm^2，参试杂种186个组合，尾叶桉全同胞家系4个。已选育出优良杂种组合51个、优良尾叶桉全同胞家系3个，优良杂种单株141株、优良尾叶桉单株7株，部分优良单株已作为无性系进行鉴定，初步选育出优良杂种无性系21个。同时，还选育出3株尾叶桉雄性不育株。试验为桉树生产用种的良种化和更高世代的育种提供了遗传材料。
