马银花开花过程挥发性成分的变化

摘    要:采用顶空固相微萃取—气相色谱质谱法分析了马银花开花的5个过程挥发性成分,讨论了马银花花香成分的变化及应用前景。结果表明:在马银花开花的5个过程中共鉴定出57个化合物,种类呈升高—降低的变化趋势。开花第1天,花朵挥发性成分的种类最多,有28种,花蕾状态时挥发性成分的种类最少,只有17种。花蕾期、半开放期、凋落期都以萜类化合物为主,分别占了90.35%、71.46%、73.81%;开放1 d时,酯类化合物含量最高,占48.05%;开放2 d时,烯烃类化合物含量最高,占46.57%。马银花的香味能给人舒服的感觉,适合园林绿化应用。

Changes of the volatile components from flowering process of Rhododendron ovatum
Abstract:Changes of volatile components at 5 stages of the flowers of Rhododendron ovatum were compared by HS-SPME-GC-MS for the first time, and the changes of flora fragrance components and application prospect were investigated. The results showed that 57 volatile components were identified, which increased at first and then decreased at the 5 stages. The largest numbers of volatile components were 28 at the first blooming day whereas the least number was 17 at the bud stage. The main components were terpenoid at the stages of bud, semi-blooming and withering, which accounted for 90. 35%, 71. 46% and 73. 81% respectively. The main components were ester on the first blooming day, which accounted for 48. 05%. The main components were alkene on the second blooming day, which accounted for 46.57%. Flora fragrance components of R. ovatum which made people comfortable were suitable for application in landscape greening.
