水稻不育系IR 58025A与其改良新不育系制种产量比较研究

摘    要:利用3个IR58025B改良的新不育系恒达A、福稻A、钧达A,以IR58025A为对照,与恢复系成恢727进行了杂交制种产量比较试验。结果表明,与对照IR58025A相比,不育系恒达A、福稻A、钧达A分别与成恢727配制F1的制种产量极显著增加,平均产量分别为2.85 t/hm~2、2.78 t/hm~2和2.64 t/hm~2;这3个不育系柱头活力强于IR58025A、且柱头外露率和异交结实率较高是制种组合产量显著提高的主要原因。

Comparative Study on Hybrid Seed Production Yield between IR 58025A and the New CMS Lines Improved IR 58025A
Abstract:In this paper, three new improved male sterile lines Hengda A, Fudao A and Junda A from main-tainer line IR58025B with restorer line Chenghui 727 were used to comparative test for yield of hybrid seed production, with the control of IR 58025A. The results show that F1 seed production yield derived from the male sterile lines Hengda A, Fudao A and Junda A crossed with the restorer line Chenghui 727 respectively were significantly increased, compared with the control IR 58025 A. The average yield of 2.85 t, 2.78 t and 2.64 t per hm2, respectively. The three male sterile lines of the stigma vitality were stronger than that of the original control, IR 58025A, and the main reason for the seed yield of production combination increase significantly were stigma dew rate and outcrossing rate much higher than that of the original control.
