摘    要:本研究目的是评估不同处理对精子顶体素活性的影响以及顶体素活性、精液参数和体外受精间的联系.鲜精、稀释精液(1:1)和液相精液(17℃)的精子顶体素活性分别是5.27,4.28和4.41 mIU/106.冻精或液相精液保存4 d后顶体素活性显著下降(P<0.05).公猪间液相精液顶体素活性和低渗膨胀精液百分数有显著的差异(P<0.05).冷、热应激对精子顶体素活性没有影响.鲜精和冻精的顶体素活性与低渗膨胀精子百分数和顶体完整率呈正相关.不同种猪液相精液精子顶体素活性与体外受精率和随后的囊胚发育率相关性不大.因此建议顶体素活性与其它精子功能参数相结合才能精确预测精子受精力.

Abstract:The aim of this study was to evaluate boar sperm acrosin levels and its relationship with other quality parameters and in vitro fertilization rate. Acrosin level of spermatozoa in fresh, diluted and liquid semen were 5.27, 4.28 and 4.41 ( mIU/106 )respectively. Acrosin levels of frozen semen and liquid stored for 4 days declined significantly(P<0.05).Acrosin levels and swelling sperm percentage of liquid semen between boars different had significant difference(P<0.05) . There was no effect thermal and cold shock to acrosin levels.There was positive correlation between acrosin levels of fresh and frozen spermatozoa, swelling sperm percentage and intact sperm percentage. There was no significant correlation between acrosin level of different boars, in vitro fertilization rate and blastocyst rate. Therefore ,our suggested acrosin level combined with other sperm funciton parameters can predict fertility correctly.
