盐碱胁迫和SNP对黄连膜脂过氧化及保护酶活性的影响

摘    要:以Hoagland完全营养液为基本培养液(ck),添加不同含量的NaCl、NaHCO3和SNP,共模拟设计出12种盐、碱度不同的胁迫处理,结果表明:在盐、碱单一胁迫或盐碱混合胁迫下,黄连MDA和Pro含量升高,Pr含量降低;SOD活性在盐胁迫下升高,在碱胁迫和盐碱混合胁迫下下降,POD和CAT活性在3种处理下均升高;伤害程度为盐胁迫〈碱胁迫〈混合盐碱胁迫,说明黄连耐盐性大于耐碱性,并且盐胁迫和碱胁迫有协同效应;SNP能明显缓解各生理指标的变化幅度,说明SNP能提高黄连的抗盐碱性;3个SNP浓度中,以0.1mmol/L SNP效果最佳。

Abstract:Experiment on effect of salt-alkaline stress and SNP on membrane-lipid peroxidation and protective enzyme of Coptis chinensis showed that the content of MDA and Pro were raised, that of Pr decreased treated with Hoagland medium as basic medium (ck), and other 11 kinds of stress mediums added with different concentration of NaCl, NaHCO3 and SNP. Moreover, the activity of SOD was raised under the simple saline stress, but decreased under the alkaline stress and mixed salt-alkaline stress, while that of POD and CAT increased under the three stresses. It showed that the damage degree was simple saline stress < simple alkaline stress < mixed salt-alkaline stress. This revealed that C. chinensis could endure much saline condition than alkaline. There was a combined effect of saline and alkaline stress. SNP could improve resistance to salt-alkaline, especially 0.1mmol/L SNP.
