陇东庆农号小麦育种研究的进展与展望

摘    要:通过比较分析,庆农号小麦品种比对照品种增产1.2%~24%,株高降低5~10cm,蛋白质含量提高0.08%~1.89%,赖氨酸含量提高0.13%~0.22%,抗旱、抗病性增强。指出选择适应当地条件品种作亲本之一;进行抗旱、抗寒、抗青干定向选择;保证足够穗数,提高穗粒数和粒重,产量三要素协调是育种的关键。今后应加强选育优质专用品种,挖掘穗粒数和粒重的增产潜力,进一步协调丰产与稳产的关系。

Abstract:By analyzing and comparing with the compared varieties, we get the conclusion that winter wheat varieties named Qingnong in Longdong increased 1.2%~24% in yield, 0.08%~1.89% in protein content, 0.13%~0.22% in lysine content, and enhanced in disease-resistance and draught-resistance, but reduced 5~10cm in height of wheat. We find it crucial to choose the varieties fit for the local condition as one of the parent generations; to choose varieties directionally for draught-resistance, cold-resistance and early ageing-resistance from F1 to Fn; to guarantee and improve enough grain ears, grains per ear and grain weight and coordinate them. In future, we will continue selecting high quality variety for special purpose, increasing grains per ear and grain weight as possible as we can, coordinating high yield and stable yield.
