| 摘 要： | 产学研结合既是现代经济和社会发展对高等教育提出的要求,又是高等教育培养具有创新实践能力人才的要求。农业高校产学研结合培养人才的主要形式有多种,目前农业高校产学研结合培养人才过程中还存在一些问题,可以通过丰富合作内涵、加大投入力度、建立教师和学生的考评测评体系、发挥政府的作用等对策加以解决。

| Abstract: | The integration of production,teaching and research not only reflects the common aspiration of the whole society on the higher education,but also is a prerequisite for the nurturing of senior specialized talents with innovative spirit and practical capability at higher educational institutions.The major forms of cultivation of talents through the integration of production,teaching and research in agricultural universities are introduced,the existing problems are analyzed and the countermeasures and suggestions are offered: enriching the integration,increasing the input,setting up the evaluation system for faculty and students and giving a play to the governmental involvement. |
