摘    要:采用紫外线、空气灭菌器、艾叶+苍术、艾叶4种方法,对组培实验室进行空气消毒试验,分析其灭菌效果。结果表明:空气灭菌器0、.5 g/m3艾叶+2.0 g/m3苍术熏蒸消毒方法灭菌效果很好,灭菌率分别达82.7%和70.1%,达到了培养室含菌量低于50 cfu/m3的基本要求,在实际应用中,2种方法轮换使用效果最佳,组培污染率降低了50%~60%。使用中草药如艾叶、苍术等进行空气消毒灭菌,是植物组培生产中又一种新的空气灭菌方式。

Abstract:Four methods,ultraviolet radiation,air sterilizer,artemisia leaf,artemisia leaf with atractylodes were applied to sterilize the air of plant tissue culture lab.The result showed that two methods of air sterilizer,suffocating of 0.5 g/m3 artemisia leaf with 2.0 g/m3 atractylodes were preferable,and the rate of sterilize reach 82.7% and 70.1% respectively,fit for the standard of 50 cfu/m3 bacterium and fungi content of culture lab.The two methods can be applied in turn for sterilize of culture lab,and reduce ...
