原料形态对棉秆-塑料复合板材性能的影响

摘    要:采用2种不同工艺形态(搓丝纤维态和刨花态)的棉秆与不同形态的塑料复合,制备棉秆一塑料复合板材,研究原料形态对复合板材物理力学性能的影响并分析其原因。结果表明:粒径为2mm左右的塑料B与棉秆制备复合板材的各项物理力学性能均优于粒径为5mm左右的塑料A与棉秆制备出的复合板材;棉秆刨花与塑料制备复合板材的各项物理力学性能均优于棉秆搓丝与塑料制备出的复合板材;由理想的原料形态制备出的复合板材的物理力学性能均满足在潮湿状态下使用的增强结构用板要求。

Abstract:The influence of raw material form upon the physical mechanic properties of the composite panels were studied and the reasons were analyzed by composing two technological types of cotton stalk as raw material(cotton stalk shavings and cotton stalk fibers) with different sized plastic particles to prepare cotton stalk-plastic composite panels.The results showed that the comprehensive physical mechanic properties of the composite panels that were prepared by 2 mm plastic particles and cotton stalk were genera...
