| 摘 要： | 随着网络技术的发展,高校财务会计电算化正向着财务管理网络化迈进.本文以应用网络技术加强高校二级财务管理为目的,构建了高校网络财务管理信息系统,设计了适用于该系统的环境,提出了加强网络系统安全的管理措施.
