硅对盐胁迫下玉米幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:采用砂基培养的方法 ,研究了硅对盐胁迫下玉米幼苗生长的一些生理指标的影响。结果表明 ,硅增强了盐胁迫下玉米幼苗硝酸还原酶的活性 ,促进了蛋白质的合成,提高了盐胁迫下玉米叶片的光合速率和干物质重 ,改善了玉米幼苗体内的水分代谢和水分利用率。在盐胁迫下 ,硅降低了玉米幼苗根系质膜透性 ,增强了根系的活力 ;抑制了玉米对钠离子的吸收 ,促进了对钾离子的吸收。

Abstract:The effects of silicon on growth of maize seedlings under salt stress are reported in the present paper. It showed that under salt stress silicon could increase activities of nitrate reducase (NR) and contents of proteins, increase photosynthesis rate and dry weight. Silicon treatment could also amend water metabolism and improve the water use efficiency of maize seedlings under salt stress. The treatment could also decrease plasma membrane permeability of maize roots, increase activity of roots. Silicon could restraint absorption of Na+, but improve the absorption of K+ by maize seedlings under salt stress.
