| 摘 要： | 本文从Al^3＋-NaOH显色法、聚酰胺吸附法、高效液相色谱法、气相色谱一质谱联机检测法等四种检测方法讨沧了蜂胶中总黄酮的测定。并得出结论：蜂胶中总黄酮的测定以高效液相色谱法检测蜂胶中的某几种黄酮含量并乘以一个相关系数最为准确可信。

| Abstract: | This paper from compareing the color displaied by Al~(3 )-NaOH,Polyamide adsorption method,HPLC,GC-MS,etc four kinds discuss the total flavones mcasureing in the propolis,obtaining the conclusion:The method of mcasureing the total flavones flavones in propolis is the content of some several flvaones in the propolis multiplied by a piece of coefficient correlation and can be believed for the accuracy the most with the HPLC in the propolis. |
