| 摘 要： | 以板蓝根种子为材料,研究了不同消毒方式和不同无机盐水平对板蓝根种子试管内萌发的影响,以期建立板蓝根的无菌体系。结果表明:板蓝根种子最佳的消毒方式是75%酒精30s+0.1%HgCl210min。板蓝根种子萌发的最佳基本培养基是1/4MS。

| Abstract: | The effect of different disinfection methods and different inorganic salt levels on germination in the test tube of Radix Isatidis seeds were studied with a view to establish Radix Isatidis aseptic system. The results showed that the best sterilization method of Radix Isatidis seeds was 75% alcohol 30 s+0.1%HgCl2 10 min. The best medium of Radix Isatidis seed germination in the test tube was 1/4MS. |
