| 摘 要： | 以胡锦涛<在中央人口资源环境工作座谈会上的讲话>为指导,论述草原贯彻落实科学发展观的几点意见:(1)草原的发生与演化,是草原一切生物形成的摇篮;(2)草原畜牧业的起源,是人类生存与发展的需要与必然;(3)保护、建设和利用草原资源,要以建立和维护人与自然相对平衡的关系为目标.

| Abstract: | Guided by Chairman H u Jintao's speech in "The Centre Government Forum on Population, Resources and Environment", views on the implementation of scientific development concept on grassland was proposed: (1)occurrence and succession of grassland is the cradles for all living things; (2) the origin and development of grassland animal husbandry is the basic condition for human living and developing; (3) grassland resources should be protected, constructed and utilized aiming at establishing a balanced rela- tionship between human and nature. |
