| 摘 要： | 随着年生育周期的进程,攸县油茶种子皂素含量不断减少,种子含油量不断增加;果壳皂素含量不断增加,果壳含油量变化不大。种子中皂素含量的减少和亚油酸、棕榈酸含量的减少是一致的;含油量的增加和油酸含量的增加是一致的。

| Abstract: | In the process of a year's growth cycle of Camellia yuhsienensis Hit and C. oleifera Abel, the content of seed saponin continuously decreases -while that of oil continuously increases .The content of fruit crust saponin of C.oleifera Abel continuously decreases while that of C.yuhsienensis Hu continuously increases,However, there is no great variation in the content of fruit crust oil of two species.In addition, there are great similarities in the reduction of saponin, palmitic acid and linoleic acid, and the increases of oil and oleic acid are also alike. |
