摘    要:选用两对引物XLRR for/XLRRrev和S1/AS3对23个水稻品种进行RGA-PCR指纹聚类分析,以80%的相似性可将23个品种分成9类;进一步对这23个品种进行抗瘟性表型聚类分析。结果表明,虽然两种方法划分的品种组别数相同,有2个组别的品种组成也相同,但多数组别的品种组成有差异,即存在R-基因与抗性表型不一致的现象,因此,RGA-PCR指纹分析法与传统的抗性表型鉴定法相结合才能获得准确、可靠的抗性信息,品种RGA和抗性表型相似组别与病菌谱系之间没有明确的对应关系,但就单个品种而言,某些品种与一些病原菌谱系出现即皆亲和或皆非亲和的互作现象。

Abstract:Two primer pairs , viz . XLRRfor/XLRRrev and S1/AS3 , were used to fingerprint 23 rice varieties.Cluster analysis showed that 23 varieties could be attributed in 9 groups at 80% similarity level.Further cluster analysis was also made for the same sets of varieties based on phenotypic traits,which were associated with blast resistance . The comparison of the two clustering results suggested the same number of variety groups.However,variety composition in each group (except two groups separately with one variety) was different,indicating the differences between R-genes and resistant phenotype.However there was all compatible or incompatible interaction in some varieties and lineage.
