三种中药提取物添加剂对肉鸡抗病性影响的研究

为了研究黄芩提取物(A,含黄芩苷85%)、金银花提取物(B,含绿原酸75%)、中草药C提取物(C,含C苷50%)组成的复方添加剂对肉鸡抗病性的影响。采用正交试验研究了提取物A+B+C复方添加剂的最佳配比。采用牛津杯法和试管二倍稀释法测定添加剂各组分及复方的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),采用动物感染模型研究提取物A+B+C复方添加剂及各组分的体内抗菌作用。通过自然感染病例研究提取物复方添加剂的抗病性作用;采用ELISA法测定肉鸡血清中的IgG抗体的含量。提取物A、B、C按A2B3C2(A 9mg/mL,B 0.03mg/mL,C 50mg/mL)比例配合时,体外抗菌作用最好;提取物A+B+C复方添加剂具有较好的抗金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌作用;可显著降低肉鸡腹水症的发生率,极显著提高病鸡的治愈率和降低病鸡病死率;可显著提高鸡血清IgG的含量。提取物A+B+C复方添加剂对肉鸡的抗病性有显著提高作用。

Effects of Compound Additive of Crude Extracts from There Kinds of Chinese Herbs on Disease Resistance in Broiler Chickens

To investigate effects of compound additive of crude extracts from 3 different Chinese herbs on disease resistance in broiler chicken,the optimal proportion of each component in compound additive was studied by using orthogonal test.The MIC and antibacterial effects of compound additive and their each component in vivo were determined by using Oxford-cup tests,2-fold dilution method and infected animal model,respectively.The therapeutic efficacy of compound additive was observed in 1 080 naturally infected chicks and 200 clinically healthy chicks.IgG concentration was detected in serum of chicks by ELISA.The results showed that the compound additive showed best antibacterial effect when mixed the A,B and C crude extracts according to A2B3C2 proportion(A 9 mg/mL,B 0.03 mg/mL,C 50 mg/mL).A+B+C compound additive indicated better anti-Staphylococcus aureus and anti-E.coli activities.This compound additive can significantly decrease the mortality of chicks and ascites syndrome and increased the IgG titers in serum in chicks.A+B+C compound additive showed good disease resistance in broiler chicken.
