鳖的人工繁殖技术

摘    要:鳖人工繁殖有关技术及影响鳖卵受精率、孵化率及稚鳖越冬成活率的研究表明,2a供试亲鳖8100只,产卵172229粒,受精率88.83%,孵化稚鳖141852只,孵化率为92.72%,其中利用自制亲鳖促性腺发育配合饲料投喂比天然饲料投喂的雌亲鳖产卵量提高23.32%;利用LRH-A对亲鳖进行人工催产的受精率为91.82%,比自然产卵受精率(85.13%)提高6.69%;保温越冬稚鳖4800只,成活率95.3%,比常温越冬成活率(81.75%)提高13.55%;平均饲养稚鳖229d,增重倍数为5.14,饲养幼鳖3400只,成活率97.01%,增重倍数为7.63。

Abstract:The artificial reproduction techniques for soft-shelled turtles(Trionyx sinensis)and the factors affecting their eggs'fertility and hatchability as well as the infant turtles'overwintering survival rate were stu- died.8100 parent turtles were used for the tests.They laid a total of 172 229 eggs and the fertility rate was 88.83%.141 852 infant turtles were hatched from all the eggs and the hatchability was 97.72%.The number of eggs produced by the female parent turtles tested with formulated feed,which has the function to promote the development of the gonads,was increased by 23.32% compared with those fed with natural feed.Using LRH-A to stimulate parent turtles to hasten their reproduction,the fertility was up to 91.82%,6.69% higher than that in natural condition(85.13%).4800 infant turtles were overwintered under heat preservation.Their survival rate reached 95.3%,a rise of 13.55% over those kept in the ordinary temperature(81.75%).Infact turtles were raised for 229 days on average and their weight-gain-multiple was 5.14. 3400 immature turtles have been observed and their survival rate and weight-gain-multiple were 97.01% and 7.63 respectively.
