摘    要:简要分析了二化螟的发生危害与暴发原因,对其抗药性情况及抗性机理研究现状进行了概述。已有研究表明:解毒酶活性升高、靶标不敏感性以及蛋白质的螯合作用与二化螟抗药性形成的关系密切。

Abstract:The current situation of studies on insecticide-resistance development and mechanism of rice stem borer(Chilo suppressalis Walker) were summarized.The occurrence,damage and outbreak reasons of this insect pest were analyzed.The studies revealed that the resistance formation of rice stem borer was closely involved with the increase of detoxifying enzyme activity,target enzyme insensitivity and protein binding.
