莲草直胸跳甲对几种经济植物的取食安全性

测试了莲草直胸跳甲2龄幼虫对8种可能存在危害性的植物的取食和发育情况,旨在探明其引进我国20多年的外来天敌种食性是否安全。结果显示,莲草直胸跳甲2龄幼虫对喜旱莲子草的累计取食量显著高于对其它7种经济植物取食量,为1467.17±103.11 mm2。2龄幼虫只有取食喜旱莲子草才能正常发育进入3龄期;对反枝苋有取食,可延长寿命,但不能正常发育至3龄;也可轻微取食马齿苋和藜,但其寿命未见延长及正常发育;对白菜、空心菜、石竹、鸡冠花无任何取食现象。

Feeding Safety of Alligator Weed Flea Beetle (Agasicles hygrophila) in Different Economic Plants

In this paper we tested the performance of Agasicles hygrophila 2nd instars larvae feeding and development on 8 kinds of possible feeding economic plants,to prove feeding habit safety this alien species.The results showed that Agasicles hygrophila 2nd instars larvae accumulative consumption on alligator weed was 1467.17±103.11 mm2,significantly higher than other 7 groups.Agasicles hygrophila 2nd instars larvae were developed only on Alternanthera philoxeroides;they fed on Amaranthus retroflexus and could prolong its life,but couldn't develop into 3rd larva.They also fed on Portulaca oleracea and Chenopodium album,neither prolonged its life nor developed on them.They had no inclination to Brassica pekinensis,Dianthus chinensis,Celosia cristata,Ipomoea aquatica.
