| Abstract: | Anther from different developmental stages of Weigela florida cv.Red Prince were cultured in the experiment.The influence factors of callus inducing rate were analyzed.Including the effects of developmental stages of pollen,types and ratios of hormone,carbon species and osmotic pressure of medium and other effect factors. |
