拮抗细菌bio-d4对节瓜枯萎病的防治试验

摘    要:香蕉枯萎病拮抗细菌bio-d4对节瓜枯萎菌的抑菌效果和防治效果的试验结果表明,bio-d4 100倍、200倍、300倍发酵稀释液与节瓜枯萎病菌对峙培养,5 d后在平板上产生明显的抑菌带,抑菌带宽度为9.0~11.8 mm,10 d后仍然保持稳定的抑菌效果;bio-d4发酵原液及50倍、100倍稀释液对孢子萌发具有较显著的抑制作用,抑制率为7.7%~76.4%;bio-d4发酵液100倍和200倍稀释液对香蕉枯萎病的防治效果分别为51.3%、59.4%,显著优于bio-d4的300倍稀释液和常用药剂恶霉灵的防治效果.

Abstract:The antagonistic bacteria strain bio-d4 was tested for its inhibitive efficacies and control efficacy against Fusarium oxysporum Sehl. f.sp.benineasae. The results showed that , five days after incubation of the antagonistic strain bio-d4 in 100-,200-,300-fold dilution with the pathogen in the dual test on PDA plates. Inhibitive zones with 9.0-11.8mm width were formed, their inhibitive effieaeies maintained stable 10 days after incubation. Antagonistic strain bio-d4 Ferment solution ,and with50-,100-fold,ean significantly inhibit eonidial germination of the pathogen ,inhibitive rates getting to 7.7%-76.4%;seven days after application of bio-d4 with 100-fold and 200-fold diluted fermentation solution, the control effieaeies are between 51.3%-59.4% ,which are signifieandy stronger than that of its 300-fold diluted fermentation solution other treatments and hymexazol.
