小型温室摆环机构电动爪式松土机的研制

摘    要:目前,大棚松土作业机械存在结构复杂、体积大、耗能高和污染环境等问题.针对这一状况,设计了一种适宜于大棚作业的新型电动爪式松土机,介绍了其设计方案和参数选择.该机具采用摆环机构作为松土工作部件,带动松土爪作业.参数选择兼顾农机与农艺要求.整机具有结构简单、体积小、操作灵活、耗能低与无污染等特点,符合当前温室大棚生产的实际需要,是一种省时、省力且节能环保的新型设施农业耕作机械.

Abstract:Because at present, large machines is complicated structure, big volume, high energy consumed and polluting environment in greenhouse, a new greenhouse electric scarifier was studied and designed to settle these problems. The paper introduced the designed project and the selection of main parameters. This machine used suspending link organization to take the fingernail working. Parameter pays attention to both farm machinery and agronomy request. The machine took on simple structure, small volume, easy operation, low energy consumed and pollution, so it conforms the need of production in greenhouse. This is a of time-saving, effort-reducing, lower energy and environmental protection facility farm machinery.
